What if I’m not home during the service?
No problem — most residents aren’t. Our crews access front porches and back patios from the exterior. If we need access to a locked area, leave a note in the “Special Instructions” field at checkout.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe, the same payment processor used by companies like Amazon, Lyft, and Shopify. Clean425 never sees or stores your card information.
What if it rains during the service window?
Light rain doesn’t affect our work. If weather forces a reschedule, your add-on service will automatically move to the new date — no need to repay. We’ll notify you by email and phone.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel before the payment deadline, we’ll issue a full refund. After that, we’ll do our best to accommodate but can’t guarantee a refund since the service has been scheduled and crew time allocated.
